As an Apartment Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the property, maintaining tenant satisfaction, and maximizing occupancy rates.
Duties - Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations - Advertise and market available units to attract prospective tenants - Prepare and execute lease agreements and renewals - Collect rent payments and handle delinquencies in a timely manner - Coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors and vendors - Address tenant complaints and resolve conflicts in a professional manner - Enforce lease terms and ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations - Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities PAY:
- Includes a free rent one bedroom unit with utilities and parking and $100 bonus for renting each vacant unit.
