Required Skills:

Programming, embedded software development experience
Experience using and reporting EVMS
Minimum 10
years of experience in software development or equivalent experience
Technical stakeholder experience to a small team of engineers
Experience providing career development for team members
Experience contributing technical work products throughout the entire software life cycle
Experience evaluating performance of section members and ensure completion of desired and suggested training
Experience working autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Active DOD Secret Clearance
U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active and current Secret Clearance as of day one of employment.
U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems.

Active DOD Top Secret Clearance
Previous functional ownership experience
Experience working on Tactical Radar programs
Required Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math and/or Science and/or STEM degree from an accredited University.
